I used bagasse sugarcane pulp to construct a biodegradable plate packaging box which could be printed on, allowing the user to simply throw it out in their garden or bin after use. My graphics involved the consumer within my story, generating a sense of teamwork and valued appreciation toward the consumer for purchasing.
Overall, my end product eliminated the inconvenience of having to source a plate, and put an end to plastic waste (as the package now naturally biodegrades within 30 days), stopping the consumer having to inconveniently run back to the store to dispose of their red-cyclable waste.
